    Replacement Springs

    Thank you for so quickly sending to me two replacement springs for my Lockbox. I only asked for one, but you sent two knowing in advance I’d mess up the installation and send the first one flying across the room to parts unknown.

    Human error resolved by human kindness

    After losing a screw in my new Stopbox, I tried to remove one of the hatches to clear the gap just a hair... I was met with the replacement spring for the thumb latch flying out and taking a little early holiday vacation. Thankfully the customer support team at StopBox was able to send me a replacement spring very quickly.
