Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed same or next business day unless there is a posted lead time on the product.
Processing times are based on current lead times, which may vary. For the most updated lead times, please check the “Current Lead Times” drop-down on the product page or contact us at support@stopboxusa.com.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES ONLY)
We ship to all U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and delivery times may vary:
- Contiguous U.S.: 1–7 business days once shipped
- Alaska & Hawaii: Up to 20 business days once shipped
If you have not received your shipment by the 8th business day after it was shipped, please contact us at support@stopboxusa.com.
Note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. StopBox USA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Orders shipped internationally typically arrive within 8–20 business days once shipped.
If you still have not received your shipment by the 20th business day after it was shipped, please contact us at support@stopboxusa.com with your name and order number and we will check on the status of your order.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@stopboxusa.com with your name and order number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your order is lost or stolen, you must notify StopBox USA within 30 days of the delivery date listed by the carrier. Reports made after this period cannot be honored.
StopBox USA is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:
- Check with neighbors, property managers, or your local post office
- Contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim
- Provide us with the claim number if you open one
Replacements or refunds will be considered once a claim has been filed and reviewed.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stopboxusa.com with photos of:
- The packaging (including the shipping label)
- The damaged product(s)
We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim. At our discretion, we may replace the item while the claim is pending.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
UPS/USPS may be unable to deliver to certain restricted addresses or jurisdictions. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal or carrier restrictions will be canceled and refunded. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have concerns about your shipping carrier.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- The StopBox® includes a 30-day return window from the delivery date. A reason for the requested return/exchange must be provided.
- Returns exceeding 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns exceeding 90 days will not be accepted.
- Return shipping labels provided by StopBox USA will be deducted from your refund. You may also provide your own label.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Initial shipping rates are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
- Free within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges requested after 30 days will incur a $15 shipping fee.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product is defective, StopBox USA will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement once confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
No returns on international orders (if reintroduced), unless defective. Defective products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

FORCE MAJEURE
StopBox USA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, peak holiday demand, or other factors beyond our control.
