The Stop Box Pro is an excellent product. No one tells you before the purchase that there is no way for it to malfunction.....I thought i had locked my gun in and would have to cut it after changing the combo and not remembering the one I put in it. After emailing them about it I add in my box within 5 minutes. Just by sending the email the instructed on what to do and Click....... it opened and the stress of thinking I was about to have to cut this thing open, immediately left and out made me live the product that much more. I am no expert on securing firearms outside of 12 years in the military and personal weapons for hunting my whole life. But I now have a daughter to care for and this product fascinated me. It is, with practicing, offering fast access to my firearm if needed yet surprising level of difficulty if not familiar and do not know combo. This gives me peace of mind with my toddler as well as any potential threat. It will not replace my safe and I can certainly see downsides. But the upsides are heavy on that scale. Stay safe! Stay lethal...Stop Box gives me that.
And as a cherry on top, the customer service was spectacular as I had a malfunction of my own making and I had a response with corrective action in under 3 hours.

Excellent stop gap to keep your gun handy without the wrong hands having access to it.

Both stop boxes are awesome, very easy to use when you get the understanding of them, I use mine when traveling or even just going to the range, the wall mount sit perfectly next to my bed for easy access to me and hard access for the kids and my dog. Highly recommend.

I've bought 6 Stop Boxes; kept 3 and gifted 3. I would not gift them if I didn't think they were a great product. When un-installing my electronic entry wall mounted gun vault to re-install my wall mounted Stop Box, it would not open. The battery went bad and I had to dig out the key in order to open it and disassemble. Had it been an emergency, I would have been...well...you know. Now, there are no worries of batteries dying during any circumstance. I also promote and demo the Stop Box in the gun classes I teach. Bottom line is I love it.
