StopBox USA Golden Ticket Promotion - Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: April 8, 2026 through April 18, 2026, 11:59 PM PT.

1. Eligibility

The StopBox USA Golden Ticket Promotion ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ervin Innovations LLC d/b/a StopBox USA ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How It Works

During the Promotion Period, eligible visitors to stopboxusa.com may spin the Golden Ticket wheel to receive one of the following offers:

  • $200 Store Credit - applicable toward additional items when a full-price StopBox Pro ($149.00) is in the cart. The $200 credit applies to items beyond the StopBox Pro. The StopBox Pro must be purchased at full retail price. Credit cannot be applied to the StopBox Pro itself. See Section 4 for full conditions.
  • 10% Off - 10% discount on your order.
  • $10 Off - $10 discount on your order.
  • Free Shipping - free standard shipping on your order.
  • 2 Free U-Cans - two StopBox U-Can units (ARV $318.00) added to your order at no charge, subject to daily availability. See Official Rules for the U-Can Giveaway.

3. Approximate Odds of Each Offer

The spin wheel is weighted. Not all outcomes are equally likely. Approximate odds for each offer are:

  • $200 Store Credit: approximately 93.5% of spins
  • 10% Off: approximately 2% of spins
  • $10 Off: approximately 2% of spins
  • Free Shipping: approximately 2% of spins
  • 2 Free U-Cans: approximately 0.5% of spins

Odds are approximate and may vary. The spin outcome is determined by a random number generator at the time of the spin. The visual design of the wheel does not represent the actual probability of each outcome.

4. $200 Store Credit Conditions

The $200 Store Credit ("Golden Ticket") is subject to the following conditions:

  • The credit is activated only when a full-price StopBox Pro ($149.00) is added to the cart.
  • The $200 credit applies to additional items in the cart beyond the StopBox Pro. It does not reduce the price of the StopBox Pro itself.
  • The credit cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. It may be combined with applicable shipping offers.
  • If the total value of additional items is less than $200, the remaining credit is forfeited. No cash value. No rain checks. No partial credit carryover.
  • One Golden Ticket per customer. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be voided.

5. Code Expiration

All discount codes issued through this Promotion expire at the earlier of: (a) 7 calendar days from the date of issuance, or (b) the end of the Promotion Period (April 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT). Expired codes cannot be reactivated, extended, or honored. No exceptions.

6. Limit of Participation

One spin per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses, devices, or other methods to circumvent this limit may result in disqualification and voiding of all associated codes.

7. Email & SMS Collection

To receive your discount code via the spin wheel, you will be asked to provide your email address and phone number.

  • Email: By providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails from StopBox USA. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • SMS: By providing your phone number and completing the opt-in process, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from StopBox USA at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies.

8. U-Can Giveaway Entry

The U-Can prize is determined at the time of the spin, prior to the collection of any personal information. No purchase, email submission, or SMS opt-in is required to be eligible for the U-Can prize. The spin result is generated by a random number generator before the participant is asked to provide contact information. See Official Rules for complete U-Can Giveaway details.

9. Pricing & Value Claims

All product prices and savings referenced in this Promotion are based on current retail prices at stopboxusa.com as of the Promotion start date (April 8, 2026). The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any "value" or "savings" figures are calculated using current listed retail prices and do not represent a guarantee of future pricing.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of any offer or prize, or any technical malfunctions related to the Promotion.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved in the courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
