1. Sponsor
Ervin Innovations LLC d/b/a StopBox USA, 11002 E Montgomery Dr STE 200, Spokane Valley, WA 99206 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The U-Can Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on April 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on April 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period spans 11 calendar days. Each calendar day during the Giveaway Period constitutes one daily drawing period ("Drawing Period").
4. How to Enter
Visit stopboxusa.com during the Giveaway Period and spin the Golden Ticket wheel. The U-Can prize is determined at the time of the spin by a random number generator, prior to the collection of any personal information. No purchase, email submission, or SMS opt-in is required to be selected as a U-Can winner. The spin result is generated before the participant is asked to provide contact information.
If the wheel lands on "2 FREE U-CANS," you are a potential winner and will be asked to provide your email address and phone number to claim your prize and arrange delivery.
Limit: One (1) spin per person during the Giveaway Period.
5. Winner Selection
Approximately five (5) U-Can prizes are expected to be awarded each day during the Giveaway Period, based on a spin probability of approximately 0.5%. The actual number of daily winners may vary as outcomes are determined by a random number generator. The Sponsor does not guarantee an exact number of winners per day.
Estimated total winners over the full Giveaway Period: approximately 55 winners (based on estimated spin volume).
6. Prizes
Each winner receives two (2) StopBox U-Can units. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per prize: $318.00 (based on current retail pricing of $159.00 per unit at stopboxusa.com as of April 8, 2026).
Estimated total ARV of all prizes: approximately $17,490.00 over the full Giveaway Period (based on estimated 55 winners).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Odds of Winning
Approximate odds of receiving a "2 FREE U-CANS" spin result are 0.5% (1 in 200) per spin. The actual number of winners per day depends on total spin volume that day. The visual design of the wheel does not represent the actual probability of each outcome.
8. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of their winning spin. Winners must respond to the notification and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited. Forfeited prizes will not be reawarded.
9. Fulfillment
Prizes will be shipped within 7 business days of winner confirmation. Shipping costs are covered by the Sponsor (standard shipping within the continental United States). The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
10. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize. Winners with combined prize values of $600 or more in a calendar year may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
11. Publicity
Winners will be contacted separately for consent before any social media or public promotion using their name or likeness. No publicity use will occur without the winner's express written consent.
12. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Participants further agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. State Exclusions
Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway due to state sweepstakes registration requirements. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. The Sponsor has reviewed this Giveaway for compliance with Washington State RCW 19.170.
14. Winner List
For a list of winners, send a written request to: StopBox USA Golden Ticket Giveaway Winners List, 11002 E Montgomery Dr STE 200, Spokane Valley, WA 99206. Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, notify winners, and fulfill prizes. Information is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
16. Disputes
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the courts located in Spokane County, Washington. Participants agree that any claims must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
