Call-Out Line Privacy Policy

This policy covers the StopBox USA Call-Out Line ((509) 461-9290), an internal text line for StopBox employees and managers. It applies only to this text line.

What we collect

The mobile phone number that texts the line, the content of those texts, the employee's name if they provide it, and delivery status records from our text provider.

How we use it

Only to send the confirmation reply, forward call-outs to StopBox managers, and keep a record of call-outs for scheduling. We do not use it for marketing.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages are processed by our text messaging provider and hosting provider only to deliver the service.

Text messaging

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Retention and security

Call-out messages are deleted automatically after 365 days. Access is limited to signed-in StopBox administrators.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. To have your number and messages deleted, ask your manager.
