Employee Call-Out Text Line
Last updated November 4, 2026
The StopBox Call-Out Line is an internal text line run by StopBox USA for its own employees. It is not used for marketing, sales or promotions.
How it works
- An employee who can't make a scheduled shift, or will be late, texts (509) 461-9290.
- They get one automatic reply confirming the message was received and their managers were notified.
- The message is forwarded by text to StopBox managers so they can plan coverage.
- If we don't have the number saved, the reply asks for the employee's name so managers know who wrote.
How employees opt in
- During onboarding, each new StopBox employee receives the Call-Out Line notice and consent form with their new-hire paperwork. The same notice is in the employee handbook.
- Using the line is optional. An employee opts in by checking the optional employee consent box on the form, and by texting (509) 461-9290 from their own phone. Texting the line is consent to receive the confirmation reply.
- The line only replies. We never text an employee who has not texted us first, and we never buy or import employee numbers.
