Works for compact guns

3 stars because it works great, but I have a full-size handgun with an optic and light on it. It doesn’t fit in the stop box so it’s basically useless for me as a bed side storage for home defense.

Great addition to my nightstand. After some practice, which was a lot because I'm left handed I finally can get open without any hiccups. And to make sure I don't lose that dexterity, I open the StopBox at least 2xs a day.

Good for a limited range of smaller sized guns. Could use different sizes - for sure!

I've purchased five (5) StopBoxes for myself and family.
The lock mechanism takes up a lot of space. Making the inside storage less than you'd like. They work well for Sig Sauer P365 and P365XL with two additional magazines. Also for Ruger LCP Max +2 mags. It was *tight* with a S&W snub-nosed .38 and two reloaders. Was barely able to close it because the "snubby" was "too thick" - really.
Definitely could use models that are deeper and larger.
